iMinds designs game to change culture at BNP Paribas Fortis
BNP Paribas Fortis iMinds chosen together to build an innovative digital game, which the bank can further ready for the future. The intention is to use the proven methodology of experimental iMinds Living Labs to involve end users in the game design. Digital game should not only motivate employees to better ways of working, but also open exchanges and promote cooperation within nexus 7 the organization.
In large companies there is often a top-down approach and that is why BNP Paribas Fortis encourage its employees to be entrepreneurial and to be more open to innovation. This requires a major culture nexus 7 change that the bank wants to deal with a dynamic nexus 7 game that encourages employees to practice new behaviors in a safe environment.
The partnership nexus 7 with BNP Paribas Fortis was launched in December 2014. iMinds Living Labs will help the bank actively setting up a structure for the activities in managing change. For example, nexus 7 recently a thoroughly state-of-the-art market research concluded and is now launched an initial survey to better understand the needs of the various nexus 7 company employees.
"End users from A to Z involvement is at the core of iMinds' experimental methodology. For this experimental laboratory project it is imperative that we understand the habits, behaviors and perceptions of the different types of employees at BNP Paribas Fortis. Only then will we be able to design a game that BNP Paribas Fortis will help bring about a culture change, "said Lynn Coorevits, researcher at iMinds - MICT - Ghent University.
On top of developing intake surveys and organizing co-creation workshops for end-user research, iMinds Living Labs will also work closely with spinoff Sparker to design the game.
