Anyone know how to get to the hidden internet location setup on the HT 9750 home theatre? orange email I've tried both the mute-return-+-^-mute key combination and the ff-289-rew but neither bring the hidden menu up?

Hi Gpeterson1970, Thanks orange email for your message! But just so you know, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for the UK. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) So if you want the most accurate information, here's the Samsung UK portal for support on that product: http://www.samsung.com/uk/consumer/tv-audio-video/home-entertainment/blu-ray-home-entertainment-system/HT-F9750W/XU-support Hope this helps you! Regards, HD Tech

Thanks for the response but I can't imagine accessing the menu is different for every region?! Could you let me know what it is for the region you support orange email and I will bear that in mind when trying to access the menu should it fail on my device?
Because each dialect could be written by a different (language) programmer it's never a sure thing that an USA model would use codes for an French model. That's why you head to the support for the country in question. Bob
