Tokprovning | Imperial Stout, Stouter, stoutest
Sometimes you have too much beer at home .. And then it may be appropriate to organize a small test. And sometimes the test bigger and bigger, until it eventually has to be termed as a tokprovning :)
Tokprovningen, minus two bottles of Birra del Borgo My Antonia: Collaboration Brew by Dogfish Head, and will apparently be an imperial pilsner. Full-bodied, fruity hops. The malt was very anonymous, and felt more like an IPA of any kind. 7 + / 10 Three Floyds Moloko Plus: Very 'fizzy' carbonation, almost like Coca Cola. Very creamy texture and flavor, with hints of milk chocolate. 7/10 Surly Darkness: Very complex. Huge creaminess. Chocolate, msn hotmail Coffee and Toffee. Did I feel clear fattoner, but it is not barrel aged .. Very good! 10- / 10 The Bruery Saison Rue: After just having drunk the more hyped-Bruery beer was great expectations, and was not incorporated .. funky flavor, msn hotmail a little brettig, much yeast. 6/10 3 Fonteinen Druiven Geuze Malvasia Rosso: Fantastic sour, citronig acid. More acidic msn hotmail than eg Cantillon FouFoune, but not as good. 9- / 10 Sierra Nevada 30th Anniversary Jack & Ken's Ale: Malty, very roasted malt, not very balanced, and lacked the amount of caramel malt I wanted. Still of high quality. 8/10 The Bruery msn hotmail Orchard White: See Saison Rue .. Very spices in the flavor, but a little insipid feeling. Better than this, it must be to merit the price. 5/10 Great Divide Barrel Aged Old Ruffian: Items # 1: Lots of whiskey and oak in the taste, a little spritig, very karamellig and vaniljig. A little unbalanced but very fun! 9/10 Great Divide Barrel Aged Yeti Imperial Stout: Auction Item # 2: Very barrels of scent, and lots of whiskey flavor. Lots of roasted malt and chocolate. Better than regular Yeti. 10/10 Three Floyds Munster Fest: Best Oktoberfest beer I drank, but it does not say very much, unfortunately. msn hotmail 6/10 The Bruery 2 Turtle Doves: chocolatey, Cute, Karamellig. Much better than the Saison Rue and Orchard White. 8/10 The Bruery 3 French Hens: Very Belgian in aroma and flavor. Oak Storage noticeable. 8- / 10
